The application aims at teaching basic english comprehension to Grade 1 kids. The lessons are short. Each lesson is followed by questions in two or three formats. There are questions where the kid has to arrange a full sentence or type a full sentence.

Every lesson comprises of four modules - Teach, Test, Practice and My profile.

The teach module in each lesson has few sentences on a topic.

The test modules comprise of questions on the topic discussed in the "Teach" module. The test module is designed like a gaming application. Once the first lesson is mastered, will the second lesson get unlocked. All the future tests are locked. A test is said to be mastered only when the kid gets 80% of the answers correct, consecutively for three attempts.

The practice module will have the same set of exercises/questions, which can be selected based on what the child needs to practice. The questions will appear in random order. The options provided in the "My Profile" module will enable us to select the exercise and questions to practice.

This is a free application.

We deliberately kept the UI simple, so that kids with sensory issues are not distracted with any visual or auditory content. The application is useful for kids with limited fine motor abilities.
